Challenge
Demonstrate task analysis for a fictional facility-hazard reporting workflow without representing an organization’s actual system or procedure.
Learning Goal
Given a fictional facility hazard, learners practice selecting a category, entering a factual observation, and submitting it through the fictional SafeTrack system.
Design Approach
Use a deliberate demo, guided practice, and independent assessment sequence to move from observation to a practice report.
Learning Interactions
Learners first watch a demonstration, then complete prompted guided practice, then independently assess a comparable fictional facility-hazard scenario.
Accessibility and Usability
The planned simulation will use logical keyboard focus, high-contrast labels and targets, captions or a transcript for narration, task-focused hints, and corrective feedback.
